As we come to the end of 2022, we find ourselves saying goodbye to someone who has played a pivotal role in shaping Innovia Technology over the last 11 years – Helen Alvey. As Head of Human Resources, Helen has overseen the growth of our team since 2011, helping us to shape both our people and processes. She led the wider HR team as they played a critical role in getting our team through the Covid-19 pandemic, individually and together.

As she leaves us in 2022, we are stronger than ever and will all be eternally grateful for her guidance, wise words, compassion and laughter. She retires to take on new challenges – including being a granny! We wish her and her family health and happiness. It’s more of an adieu than farewell however – we’ll be seeing her regularly for lunch to hear about her travels and adventures. We’ve had a wonderful weekly company meeting today, where we looked back on the impact Helen has had on Innovia.

As of 1st January 2023, Kady Morgan will become our Head of Human Resources. An expert in her field, Kady has been an Innovian for 18 months and has quickly become much relied upon as she supports our teams and people. She looks forward to joining the Executive Team to deliver ambitious strategic goals whilst ensuring that Innovia’s culture is embedded through upcoming transformation projects as we continue to grow and deliver work to clients that changes the world, for good.
