New case study: Improving the quality of life for people with allergies

Allergies affect the physical and mental health of 20% of people worldwide. Is it possible to improve their quality of life?

Everyone knows someone with an allergy. Billions of people worldwide suffer from allergy symptoms and look to companies such as Kenvue, the US distributor of ZYRTEC©, Benadryl and many other household name products, to help. But to innovate and stay ahead of their consumers needs, and their competitors, Kenvue need to anticipate the changing needs of allergy sufferers – an even harder ask.

That’s what our latest case study is about: Kenvue asked Innovia to explore how allergy needs are changing, to understand what consumers need, and identify opportunities that may exist in 10 years time.

This case study shows how companies need to consider science, societal trends and business needs to anticipate what the market want.
